What Preview Figures Can and Cannot Tell You

Preview figures are useful, but they can be misread if they are treated as the entire analysis rather than a public-facing sample.

What preview figures are good for

They show visual clarity, the general nature of the study area, and the kind of evidence style used in the report.

They can also help a buyer judge whether the work is aligned with their sector or internal discussion.

What they do not replace

Preview figures do not replace the report’s methodology, caveats, analytical structure, or full figure set.

They also should not be treated as a complete representation of uncertainty, validation, or operational fit.

Why honest previews matter

A strong research-led site should only show figures that actually come from the underlying work, and should not overstate what a single visual proves.

That conservative approach is especially important when reports are also used to support advisory conversations.
